This wine is created in a really interesting way, in layering whole bunches of one variety in the tank with destemmed grapes of another variety. The resulting wine is one of juicy greatness, super smashable and a little wild, in a fun way.
Mas des Caprices is located between Narbonne and Perpignan, on the border between Languedoc and Roussillon. Children of Alsatian winemakers, the journey of Mireille and Pierre Mann started with a restaurant, gifting them the appreciation of connecting with the origins of food. This then followed into a new beginning but with this same ethos at its core - winemaking.
