Due to post-brexit rules we cannot ship alcohol to Southern Ireland, this was made prohibited in 2021.
Some products may be in our other warehouse, this takes a few days to have transferred over. We also occasionally offer wines on a ‘pre-order’ basis. In the event of a delay to your delivery, one of our team will be in contact. Please also note that we currently only offer weekday delivery. We use an innovative packaging system specifically designed for the shipping of premium-priced bottles. The Plonk wine packaging has gone through vigorous development and myriad crash tests conducted in accordance with the strictest international standards. Made entirely from premium grade recycled cardboard, our packaging delivers an exceptionally high level of protection.
Gift wrapping is available and is charged at checkout on a per-order basis.
All of our orders are fully tracked, our courier will issue you with a delivery time by text or email, which you can alter if you are not in. You will receive email and sms updates so you can track the progress of your delivery all the way.
All deliveries will need to be signed for (electronically) by an adult, 18+ on arrival. We refuse to sell alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and we, reserve the right to ask for a form of ID if we are unsure about the recipient’s age. Due to delivery restrictions, we are unable to deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays.

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your order after the 1-3 day period, please reach out to us and we will get it sorted.
If your wine is not what you ordered please let us know within 4 days and we will arrange for the collection and re-despatch of a replacement order.
We offer free replacement on all stock if proven to be damaged in transit.
If our products are proven to be out of condition on arrival we offer replacement stock to the same value.
Unfortunately we are unable to replace any wines from our 'fine wines' collection as these wines are purchased ‘sold as seen’.
The UK is no longer part of the EU's Single Market and Customs Union since 1st January 2021, the UK EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) has been provisionally applied. This means that the parcels you send into the European Union are subject to customs formalities. It's really important that you provide full and accurate contact details for your parcel. Our shipper will need to contact you for Customs Clearance - and to make sure that you receive the Predict notification.
Once your parcel has left the UK and passed through the ports, our courier goes to one of the customs clearance Hubs, where the import clearance formalities take place. If the total declared value of the items in your parcel is over the value of 150 Euros (£130 approx), then depending on the type and origin of these goods, they are also assessed for duty according to the EU tariff. Once the duties and taxes have been calculated, these charges will need to be paid through the courier's secure payment gateway (a link will be sent) before the parcel can continue its journey to the recipient.
Should your parcel be returned to us, through no fault of your own, we will send you an additional invoice for the return - a charge that's passed on from the courier. Once the stock has been received, we will refund you for the value of bottles, however the delivery charge is non-refundable.
