Pierre's ancestors founded 'Château Les Ollieux' over 150 years ago, with the wine cellar that still stands today having been created out of stone quarried from beneath the property in 1896.
This wine is a blend of Roussanne, Marsanne and Grenache Blanc, with a lovely fruit ripeness to it, and lower acid than your normal dry white. A wonderful accompaniment to any stir fry dish you might whip up.
