Young vines of the two white Sauvignon varieties - Gris and Blanc. Fresh but with a little texture from the Sauvignon Gris, this goes great with a plate of tuna carpaccio.
The Millaire domain all started back in 1950, when Jean-Garnier bought up a few small parcels doted around right-bank Bordeaux. Since 1998, grandson Jean-Yves has headed things up, now expertly accompanied by his daughter Christine, operating across the AOPs of Fronsac, Canon Fronsac and Bordeaux.
