From old vines planted in 1965, the Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois grapes undergo meticulous sorting to ensure only the best make it into this cuvée. A wine of immense energy and life.

This domain has impressively been passed down through five generations, dating back to 1871. Today it is expertly looked after by Jean Dirler, joined by his wife Ludivine Cadé. Both are fully committed to maintaining the hard work of the generations preceding them, and to ensuring a future for those to follow, in such a way that they have farmed biodynamically since 1998.
