Malbec from 33 year old vines in the south-west of France. Macerated on the skins for only a short period, extracting plenty of flavour but less tannin, giving a wine full of concentration but endlessly drinkable.
The Croisille family's winemaking journey began in 1979 when Cécile and Bernard rented an abandoned property on the Causses terroir in Luzech. They dedicate themselves to restoring life into these lands, gradually giving way to plots of Malbec. A true family affair here, with their son Germain joining them in 2008, followed by Nicolas, his childhood friend, in 2010 and finally Simon, the last of the family to become involved in 2015.
