Lots of layers and complexity throughout too. Classic examples include Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, Gruner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Mosel Riesling and Bacchus.
