Laurent Bellion is the third generation of his family to tend the vines of Domaine Eyguestre. From the start, the promotion of a healthy mix of vegetation (olive trees, fruit trees and the likes) alongside the vines, has been paramount to the health of the grapes, and ultimately the quality of each and every wine coming out of this small-batch winery.
