Chardonnay from vines up to 80 years old, producing grapes of extremely high quality and concentration. This is top value for Burgundy white - rich and elegant but endlessly drinkable.

David has been making wines for nearly 25 years, despite still being a relatively young man when it comes to winemaking. Focusing solely on Chardonnay, he works in a low-intervention manner, as much in the vines as in the cellar. Based right in the south of Burgundy, he produces Mâcon wines of great texture and roundness, supported by a mineral backbone owing to the limestone soils where his vines are found.
