If you tend to avoid Chardonnay, please just try give this one a go! It will be your gateway, we promise. Really more Sauvignon Blanc in style, this doesn't carry any of those heavy, buttery, oaky notes that Chardonnay is often better known. This wine is bright, crisp, dry with a touch of fruit.
Olivier Lebrin is working at some of the highest levels of promoting biodiversity in viticulture in the Muscadet region. A region known for fresh white wines, Olivier is not only producing whites of great concentration, whilst retaining the iconic acidic and mineral backbone of the area, but is master of many other styles - namely some fantastic "bulles" (sparkling wines) and rosés. This is not only thanks to his hard work and constant application to his trade, but the balanced ecosystem that he creates for each individual vineyard, allowing every vine to flourish.
