Reminiscent of a fresh, easy-going Champagne, thanks to the 12 months lees ageing and the use of the iconic Champagne grapes - Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. With fine bubbles, a pink rosé hue, and great depth, this is small-batch fizz at its best.
Olivier Lebrin is working at some of the highest levels of promoting biodiversity in viticulture in the Muscadet region. A region known for fresh white wines, Olivier is not only producing whites of great concentration, whilst retaining the iconic acidic and mineral backbone of the area, but is master of many other styles - namely some fantastic "bulles" (sparkling wines) and rosés. This is not only thanks to his hard work and constant application to his trade, but the balanced ecosystem that he creates for each individual vineyard, allowing every vine to flourish.
