Southern French whites are often overlooked, but left in the right hands, they can be as elegant as any region across the country that is the home of wine. Fruit forward but with the refinement of a good Chardonnay. Be sure to have this out of the fridge for at least 30mins before you dive into it - a white wine of this nature will close up when it's too cold.

Laurent Bellion is the third generation of his family to tend the vines of Domaine Eyguestre. From the start, the promotion of a healthy mix of vegetation (olive trees, fruit trees and the likes) alongside the vines, has been paramount to the health of the grapes, and ultimately the quality of each and every wine coming out of this small-batch winery.
