A classic southern French blend on the surface of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, but anything but classic in its expression. A fruity explosion, so much flavour and life. Benoît graduated from wine school in Beaune in 2002, and immediately headed south to Ardèche, so certain he was in the under-the-radar potential in the region for winemaking. The hot days but fresh nights, wild landscapes, its limestone soils.
With his wife Florence, they now practice organic and biodynamic viticulture, preserving the environment and letting the terroir express itself. They are perpetually in search of yet more alive soils in the vineyard, and yet purer wines in the cellar.
