Located on the southern fringe of the Barolo zone, the Principiano estate benefits from the biodiversity of the Alta Langhe; the wilderness that lies beyond the dense planting of Nebbiolo vineyards.

Dosset is somewhat overshadowed by the aforementioned Nebbiolo, but offers a lighter yet all the same flavour-intense red wine, which is beautifully fresh and clean. It goes great with lighter Piemontese dishes, or a spring vegetable risotto.
