Located in the north-east corner of the Adelaide Hills region, the cellar door and Mount Torrens vineyard operate off-grid. Supplying its own water as well as solar power. The production kilometres are also minimal with the winery located 1km down the road. Vineyards management follows environmentally sustainable practices, making them one of our favourite producers.

Considered cool climate, at least by Australian standards, allows Lobethal Road to make wines with a delicate and restraint not often seen in Australia.
