The 2020 Rosato produced by the famous; Frank Cornelissen, with the same thought process and winemaking techniques as all Frank's other wines: skin contact for terroir identity.
Produced with the same philosophy and vinification techniques as all his other wines: skin contact for texture and territorial identity, malolactic fermentation fully finished for density, fluidity and stability. Susucaru Rosato is a refreshing summer wine from a blend of Malvasia, Moscadella, Insolia and Nerello Mascalese. Franks goal is to avoid all treatments whatsoever in the vineyard, orchard and surroundings, in which they succeeded even in difficult vintages such as 2004 and 2005.
Frank's Susucaru Rosato is mega hard to get hold of, we had an allocation of just 24 bottles this year, grab yours while you can, once it's gone, it's gone!
