Domaine de La Font des Ormes is on the outskirts of the village of Caux. The wine is ripe, but not overbearing, with red fruit and a touch of jam. Firm but well integrated tannins. Black pepper, chocolate and a delicate touch of mint on the palate. Bright acidity and a long, spicy finish.
Very approachable and drinking well now.
