When you hear Côtes du Rhône, you'll likely think - red wine. So Côtes du Rhône Blanc really flies under the radar, which is a crying shame. This wine (Viognier, Marsanne, Grenache Blanc and Roussanne) is beautifully balanced, full-bodied and rich - a great alternative to a Burgundy.
Domaine La Guintrandy was developed relatively recently; however grapes have been grown on the estate since Roman times. Additional information of the estate has been discovered in the archives of the l'Abbaye de Cluny dating back in excess of 1,000 years. Nowadays, the proprietor has adopted a biodynamic culture in harmony with the prevailing soil of the Rhône Valley, resulting in round, generous and aromatic wines.
