Planted on clay and limestone soil, ideal for Syrah in this climate. The wine strikes a perfect balance between tannin and acidity. Classic dark fruit and pepper at the forefront thanks to tank ageing rather than oak. This goes great with those fresher style of stews.

Domaine des 4 Vents is located in Mercurol in the heart of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. Created by their grandfather and expertly continued by their parents, Lucie and Nancy's domain extends over terroirs located in the South of the appellation. Their approach is simple but beautiful, "In constant search to respect the environment, our interventions, in the vineyard, as well as in the cellar, aim simply to accompany the grape, then the wine, towards its most authentic expression".
