A real all-rounder white - fruity but dry, tropical and crisp. Occitanie is not a region massively known for its whites, and that's why we've searched here, to bring you something different but delicious.

Domaine d'Arton - a vineyard of 88 hectares was rebuilt by the Montal-Montesquiou family in the early 1990s. The domaine has adopted environmentally friendly practices allowing the vines to build up natural defences, and hence herbicide sprays are never utilised. This has enabled Domaine d'Arton to attain the HVE level 3 environment certificate and the wines were certified 100% Bio from 2024.
