Colle Massari Vermentino Melacce DOC 2019 a textured organic Tuscan white, that's a total banger. The vineyards are 300m above sea level with diverse aspects and soil types. The soils range from sandstone, marl, limestone and gravel.

Loads of concentration and complexity here. The palate is crisp with a bit of texture and palate weight. Fresh pure apples, white peach and lime zest. Dry with a touch of stone and long scented length.

Super food-friendly, organic and a total smasher. Try it with Parmesan and pear salad or baked chicken breast with a soft white wine sauce.
