Small family estate run by the Rodriguez family in the North-West Spanish D.O. of Ribeira Sacra. Pedro took over the winery in 2001 but his parents Carmen and Manuel are still active in the viticulture part.

This is a beautifully fresh expression of Mencia (with a few other indigenous grapes thrown in for good measure - proper field blend style), to be enjoyed with a Spanish fish stew or Iberian-style risotto.
