Not at all what we were expecting here, it needs a little bit of time to open up and then it starts to sing. Lots of passion fruit, floral tones with a touch of perfume. Not as aromatic as the Blanc but showing off some flinty, zesty tones underneath the passionfruit. The palate has a nice texture and fragrance, crisp throughout, more Sancerre in style rather than New World. Food-friendly and extremely refreshing.
