Dolcetto with age and elegance is an absolute winner. The perfect balance between depth and complexity with softness and approachability.

Harvest of the Dolcetto grapes took place around mid-September. Vinification takes place entirely in steel. Maceration and fermentation take place in tanks at a controlled temperature, as too does the subsequent malolactic fermentation. This is followed by a period of ageing in bottle before being released.

The nose has clean and intense aromas of fresh fruit, black cherries, plums and berries. Pleasant and inviting.

On the palate it has a good shape and a similar substance. In balance between hardness and softness. The finish is persistent where the sensations of healthy and ripe fruit on the nose return again and again.

In the year 2000, after completing her university degree, Cecilia decided to manage the family estate, located in a wonderful and little known corner of the prestigious town of Neive and began to transform a high vocation piece of land, used to provide grapes to cooperatives, into a new story, starting to vinify her own grapes under her own label.
